• payments by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) are safe, as the bank uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connections, and are directly managed by "Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia", which guarantees the operation. This system guarantees that your credit card data are treated with the utmost secrecy, as they are known and managed by the bank only;
• bookings are accepted only if the holder of the credit card and the holder of the booking is the same;
• the use of personal data is strictly in conformity with the current privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the data will be neither given to a third party nor spread abroad. Owing to art. 7 of the aforementioned decree, customers have the right to request confirmation that these data exist and can check, update, amend or cancel them.
